I have taken tata broadband internet connection which was BI MONTHLY ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN. My account number is 984272222 and`number 0221471300, on the month of march my wired lan connection was disconnected due to some wire malfunction . As per the plan i was suppose to pay the two month bill in advance in order to AVAIL THE SERVICE. And the bimonthly bill of 2000 got generate which was not paid and the connection was disonnected. But after suspension of connection again the 4000 bill was generated. i called customer care and also i got a call from retention team asking the reason for leaving the service. later i was advised to take new connection by the sales team which i did. There was no communication regarding this account number after april 2013.
However yesterday i received an email saying the outstanding is 12000 . I went to docomo gallery, they dont handle wired broadband connection complaints it seems. Hence i called customer support and they told me that the connection was suspended on april only but the bill is getting generated automatically. The complaint id is 388989179. Next day i received the call saying the billing is as per the usage. However customer care executives also agree that after april 2013 the LPC and ST should be charged. MOST IMPORTANT IS I WAS USING ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN. one more complaint is raised with no. 389340109 I am using other docomo connection without any problem. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve.
