LG Sold a Faulty TV product – No Customer Care

My Television is in warranty period. The same Low Sound problem THAT occurred before also that is repaired by LG Service Engineer few days before. Again the same problem occured and the LG service Centre is reported Regarding this. But They have not yet solved the problem.and even the Service engineer misbehaved through mobile No. (9570747940). The Service Engineer called me that i am at your home to repair your product, but actually he was not available at my place of repairing (home). Then i have asked him to get my family members signature about your(service Engineer) presence at my place. because i was in my office. My LG complain ID is- RNA131013009578 MODEL NO.-21FC2AB5A9 SL No.- 111DXS003360 DATE OF PURCHASING- 01-07-2013 TYPE-CRT

There is no any physical damage to TV. The issue is that the Sound is very less that could not be Audible even in a 1 Meter Distance.The same issue took place in previous days but that has been solved earlier by the LG Service. Repeatedly the same Sound problem occurred in that TV. that i have complaint to LG Customer Support on dated 13-10-2013 by my mobile no. 8809593227. They have commited to shutout the problem in next 72 Working Hours. but still the service engineer not visited to my place and the problem consists as usual.

As the same problem occured and the service is also too much delayed for repairing So i request you kindly make them to replace the faulty Product with New one. And take action on Service Engineer for misbehaving and passing wrong / incorrect information.
