I have Morphy Richards Induction Cooker model ‘Chef 100’. It has 2 years of Guarantee. It got some fault and I contacted the Service Center number “1800226722” and “02241280022”. I have registered the complaint(number: 3235261) on “20/09/2013” and the repair man didn’t came until date “02/10/2013”. The repair man repairs it and bring it back to my home. While tasting it at my home in front of him it shown the same fault. He said he will come back with some parts in next 2 hrs. However, till date he didn’t returned. I am still doing follow up with customer care of Morphy Richards.
I have purchased the induction cooker as my secondary cooking source at home. However, as it was not repaired, I got very much trouble after my cooking gas is finished. I did went through mental and physical stress to arrange for the alternate solution.
I want my induction cooker be replaced with new one and I want monitory compensation of Rs.1500/- for the money I have spent to arrange alternative cooking solution.
