I online ordered a Nokia Asha 305 mobile phone via order id: OD30607060257. The price was RS 4162 I opted for 3 months EMI for which Rs 100 was charged as EMI processing fee , total amount paid by me through credit card was Rs 4262 (INR). But the amount was not converted to EMI and I had to pay the whole amount in my credit card bill. It was not processed in later months also and nor my EMI processing fee was refunded (RS 100)
I had to pay the whole amount to Credit card in order to avoid intrest charges and suffered a lot of financial constraints that month.
I want the company to be penalised for such negligence and my extra chrges taken should me returned alog with compensation.
