I am working at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd , Pithampur , MP and I have a corporate post-paid connection 9755581857. On 08th Oct¿13 , 9755581857 stopped working with a message that this connection is temporarily out of service . Next day I contacted on 121 ,and I was surprised to know that my number has been converted from post-paid to prepaid on 2nd Oct13. But I have never applied for this switchover. I was advised by your post-paid cell to contact to prepaid cell. I called them they also have no information why this has happened and they again told me to contact to post-paid cell. Then I contacted Airtel Helpdesk stationed in the premises of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd , Pithampur. Help desk PersonMr Santosh ( 09893143021) has checked in the system and he has confirmed that he has converted my post-paid connection into pre-paid connection in the name of Mr Akhilesh. And this has happened by his mistake. Since 9thOct’13, I am doing continuous follow-up , but my connection has not resumed till date.
To Resume 9755581857 Number and Compensation for Physical and mental tension happened because of this.
