Hello sir/madam

I Suman sengupta stay in konnagar hooghly,i am useing a tata docomo mobile connection in the name of me(suman sengupta)i was useing it from last 4 months.from last few weeks the network has gone very bad.

ON 18/02/10 i was going through a very bad situation my dad was ill and i has to go for a shooting to delhi on the next day (19/02/10)the coordinators told me that they will comfurm me the time and place to meet at night but from 10:00 pm onward the network gone very badly no call was going comeing and no sms was also going.i called up the castomer care 6 times that night some executive by the name (SUMAN & SUSMITA)answered the call and was repetedly told me that it will be solved after 30 mins at near 1 am at night my dad’s illness gone up and i need to call a doctor but no call was going from the phone.then i shouted at the castomer care executive very badly.the castomer care hang up the phone on my face.again i called susmita the other executive picked up the phone and told me that she will solve my problem shortly.any how i give some medi to my dad and he sleped off.

Next day when i called up the castomer care again an executive (Rahul)told my that i have requested them to block my sim card.thats why Suman the executive blocked my sim card.

Please sir i want a really serious justice no one knows at what situation i gone through that night my carrear is very badly clashed cozz my shooting was cancled because i couldnt reach delhi at time.the whole shooting trop was messed up cozz a model was missing in the shoot.

please sir help me plzzzz

till now i didnt got my sim card activated.they r continiously telling me that i have requested them to block my sim card.i am sure that the executive by the name Suman has blocked my sim card and made a request by himself that i have requested to block it.

please help me sir.
