I attempted to recharge my prepaid cellphone on 20th August 2013 for an amount of 501 rupees with www.rechargeitnow.com. The transaction failed and I was promised that my amount will be refunded within 7 working days but it has not been done till date. My order no is VDM018482083 and my user ID for that website is sanket_m@hotmail.com. I raised a support request on the same day numbered T0482902583 which has not been responded till date

Please help me in getting my money back
