I had booked my household items from Mumbai (Kandivali west) to Satna (M.P.) on 2nd Sep.2013. My household items moved from Mumbai on 5th Sep.2013. They told us our goods will reach within 4-5 days, but unfortunately my household goods had been reached on 28th Sep.2013. in between , we were calling him multiple times, but they said your goods will reach in next 2-3 days. after reached my goods many carton’s were damaged & kaleen (Carpet) were lost. here is the following lost & damaged items & its values. 1. Photo Frame (A1 size) – Rs.3000/- (completely damaged with photo) 2. Kaleen (Carpet) (made by cloth) (full size) – Rs.7000/- (Lost) 3. Bike head light cover – Rs.1200/- (Damaged) 4. Helmet Glass – Rs.250/- (Damaged) 5. Beer Glasses (2) – Rs. 800/- (Damaged) 6. Whiskey Glasses (6) – Rs. 1500/- (Damaged) 7. My Kid woolen jacket – Rs.1200/- (Damaged) as discussed with Mr. Prasad (Uttrakhand employee), they will pay half of the booking amount (Rs.6000/-)of billing amount except insurance & service tax. from the date of delivery , I am following up with Mr. Naresh Mamgai& his team. but they are not telling anything and even not picking our phone. I have already detailed mail to him with damaged goods picture & have signed paper by driver for lost & damaged items. Please help me on this matter & resolve asap. hope for positive and quick response.
We need all the claimed reimbursement (insurance of damaged goods + lost goods cost + late arrived cost goods at destination)..total amount is approx Rs.22,000/-)
