Requesting Data Backup from Problematic Dell Vostro Laptop

My Dell laptop is covered under warranty. For the last 1 month I have been having hard disk problem. Sometimes it is detecting the HardDisk and sometimes it is showing hanging mode.

Hard disk replaced by dell service people but i lose my valuable it is my personal and official data. My management taken action on this case and have restored the office data from other backups but what about my personal data ?

I request Dell to handover my Data Backup as soon as possible so that I can move forward.
