Micromax – faulty mobile solution

I have purchased Micromax a92 on 17-09-2013 with bill no. 33956, within 8 days I found that touch screen is faulty, I have shown the handset to ganesh times and asked for replacement, he said that replacement policy is only for 7 days and it have to send it for warranty claim and he sent the mobilefor warranty on 25-09-2013, till date still not rsceivedreceived my mmobile, 1 month passed no solution yet?????

I wanted my money back, Micromax is a worst company I have realised.
