I Navneet Sharma had placed a order on Kauna.com online shopping site. I purchased a mobile phone of Rs. 1,575/- paid through my State Bank of India net banking on 06/09/2013.As per company commitment the product will be deliver in our area on dated 21/09/2013. After deliver date i called to customer care executive of kaunsa.com on telephonic ally and they assured product will be delivering on 2 or 3 days. When 28/09/2013 I did not get my product i again contacted to the concerned company and demand for my order, but they said due t some reason company fail to provide my product with same cost. Then I requested to the company to refund my full amount, but company said they only provide a lifetime voucher of that amount to purchase another product. Finally I decided to purchase another product from kauna.com, but when I purchase another product voucher code screen not appeared on my payment gateway. I talk to many tomes to customer care executives of Kauna.com, but no result. Now I want to refund my full amount with interest.
