sir I have recharge my cell through online bsnl recharge portal on 24oct but i dont get my talk time.On tranjection history msg shown tranjection failled(if your amount is debited refund will be inisitead) my rechage amount is also debited from my account but i still dont get my talk time.About this issue i mailed to cgm_rajasthan@bsnl.com but there is no reply from them.

I want my recharge amount back as soon as possible
