I had purchased an Micromax device (A89) and after 4 months I had faced battery backup problem. I had visited Apex Solutions, Siliguri, authorised service centre of Micromax on 26th Sep and they recieved my device under jobsheet no(didn’t remember). My battery was replaced on 4th Oct but the issue was not resolved so they again recieved my device under jobsheet no E030458-1013-5735056 and I got my handset on 19th Oct after repair but the issue was not resolved. They again recieved my battery under jobsheet no E030458-1013-6010813 and I got the battery on 31st Oct but the same issue persists. After that i mailed to Micromax and they ask me to submit the handset again and share the scan copy of the jobsheet. I submitted the handset on 1st Nov under jobsheet no E030458-113-6206404 on 1st Nov but till now I haven’t received the handset. I have tried to contact them via email and phone but they always provide false assurance. And now I am asking the money back but they are not replying to my email. Please do the needfull.
