I had placed an order the Bullet Magic Mixer (Order No : 2817131002125090) to telebuy by adverisement seen in television on 25 Oct 2013, when we received the product the 2 mixer cup has broken and 1 grinder blade not in that pack which is shown at the time of advertisement in television. I had complained to the telebuy regarding this since we got the product on courier. They are not bothering about the customer and even i am trying to reach them they are saying that we will send the person o exchange the product. over a month we are following they are not giving proper response for the damage of the product.

Either they need to exchange the product or they need to refund our money and we will submit the product rerturn to them.
