I was interested to take the franchisee of CADD center for agartala from where I belong. I inquired for the same and correspondent to Mr. Prasenjit Chakraborty sales manager of eastern zone as per discussion with him he said that I qualified for the franchisee and said that franchisee will be given to me only. Even Though I have submitted all the documents required(the correspondent letter are enclosed as attached)Finance was the problem for me and I tried and finally can manage the fund by November 2013. I planned to complete the signing process by January 14 and for that just to know the situation I put a casual mail to Mr. Prasenjit on 22nd November 2013. But still I din’t here from his end that the franchisee has been given to other. Later after few days I came to know that the franchisee for Agartala has been given to some other. Next day I mailed him asking the explanation that at least he could inform me once before giving the franchisee to some other, as I was the old enquirer for the same. But till date I din’t receive any apology or explanation from him.

Since an old enquirer it is huge loss for me that the franchisee has been given to some other. I want back the franchisee of my own or seek the compensation for the irresponsible and insult cased towards me.
