I had a washing machine problem which I had reported to IFB autorised representative on Nov 18, 2013. Reference Number – 10995798 I am unable to get any response and resolution to the same. IFB has been postponing the same. In other words thay has given the wrong committment of servicing post sale of product.

A compensation as immediate service or New Washing Mahcine or equivalent amount along with applicable interest.
