I ordered xolo a500s mobile on 3rd December through shoppingindiatimes.com with full payment given on the same day, the delivery date was 10th December but the product was not deliver to me the product was not even shipped. on repeated telephonic complain to the costumer care every time they further extend the date but not giving exact date for the delivery. The same product is still available on their website but it seems that they are not interested to ship the product.

i want the product shipped within one day as The same product is still available on their website with full suitable compensation for the time and mental stress.
