BSNL – deposit amount not refunding no response from staff

I am a BSNL broadband user SINCE 2009. While taking the connection in 2009 Security deposit was taken from me.I changed the tariff plan in 2013.Again SD was taken from me.On contacting BSNL Office,Sector-1 ,Bhilai reluctantly they asked me to give an application for refund.I have submitted an application 4 months back. Subsequently many times I have posted complaint in the BSNL site.But I wonder whether anybody looks into the complaints at all.

I want the SD to be refunded back as I have already deposited it at the time of new connection.
