We booked an ad for wishing our parents for their wedding anniversary on releasemyad.com (ad no. 1102224) to be published on 27-Dec 2013 in Lokmat Pune edition. We paid Rs.3912/- in full vide netbanking. However, the ad was not published in the newspaper on the desired date. We called their customer care atleast 20 times on 27-Dec 2013 asking for an explanation for not publishing our ad. They just told us “‘we have asked the newspaper office and we shall call you back in 2 hours”. Till date i.e. 1st Jan 2014 they haven’t called us back, nor refunded the money. I confirmed from Lokmat office that the ad was not published. Even after sending several emails to releasemyad.com, they haven’t responded to us nor refunded the money. Finally when we called them yesterday, they told us that shall refund us the money and send us an email to that effect, but neither of this was done. Please help us get back our money. And we warn all to beware of releasemyad.com as they are fraudsters! Deven and Asha Inamdar
