Dell India Pvt Ltd laptop – problem on the battery centre did not reply me or call me

Sir I am having a VOSTRO 3550 laptop which I purchased last year on 16 December 2012. Recently I get a problem on the battery of the laptop. For this I talk to DELL Customer Care and they replaced my battery along with hard disk also. Sir after changing my battery initially I did not face any problem but after 2 weeks I am facing the problem that my laptop battery is not charging. For this I register a problem and talk to DELL customer care for this but they say that there is the problem in your laptop battery I say hat than replaced it. But they reject it and say that replacing battery for twice is against our company policy. and disconnect my phone. I mail him few weeks back but they did not reply me or call me. Sir I request you that through your forum please help me in this regard. I am very thankful to you if you please.
