Dear Concern, I had bought a SAMSUNG phone from Rediff online shopping, Soon I realized that the product is defective and so I launched a complaint to the customer support at rediff i.e customersupport@rediff-inc.com in the month of march 2013 itself after my continues effort Rediff shopping responded to my complaint and arranged a pick up from my address at mumbai via aramex courier in the mont of oct 2013 stating that the product will be replaced in 7 working days, yet after 3 months my product is still not replaced and no one is responding to me properly from rediff team.
Firstly I want My money back, Secondly I want strict actions to be taken against Khusboo and Nancy, as they humiliated me, And Lastly, I want to pay them for Delay caused by them as I had spent Hundreds of Hours calling them and mailing them.
