My Big TV connection had gone dead since Monday morning (30/12/2013 – 07.00 am) and we complained to your toll free No. 1800 200 9001. The gentlemen answering my call asked me to make a payment of Rs. 200.00 to my ‘Big TV’ account before he accepts my complain, which I did. Thereafter he accepted my complain and said the technician will attend to the fault within 48 hours, which had not been carried out up to now (01/01/2014 07:30 pm).
Immediate restoration of the service and compensation for the mental disturbance caused to our family for the last two days and thereafter, for which the company had collected payment from us.
