Samsung microwave Oven – the day one it is giving problem poor service by centre

I had purchased a microwave Oven on 2nd Nov 2013 from Samsung Plaza situated at City center Mall, Salt lake,Block DC, Kolkata 700064. From the day one it is giving problem. When I switched on the sparking was there inside the Microwave. Then I called the customer care. After following up for 1 week, one mechanic came on 10th day and checked the microwave oven and told the grill bar needs to be replaced. Then he came after 3 days and replaced the grill bar.So the sparking is not coming now. But, the grill bar is not working now. Few days back I tried to grill some item then I found that it is not working. I had called customer care and placed the request,After so many follow up, one mechanic came to visit last week and told some other part of the microwave oven needs to be replaced. He told to come and repair on Tuesday 31/12/2013, but didn’t come.Not sure when will it be repaired.When I am calling to Customer care they are also giving false promises that it will be repaired today/tomorrow, but nobody is coming.

I want a new piece instead of this defective piece?
