Sony experi 1 – many issues phone which is basically some ones damaged phone

Dear Sir, I purchased Sony Xperiaz1 in the month of November 2013 and it was covered with warranty and accidental insurance plan both. The phone was performing good but due to a scratch on the screen we I sent to to Sony Service Center D.N.Nagar Andheri East for replacement. after 7 days on 18.12.13 they gave me another phone which they call REFABRISHED PHONE and not new phone. That phone is a defective piece and I believe is used by some one else. The problems are as follows – 1. Phone hangs immediately after I enter contacts and back up data. 2. Photo album is not opening, half of the photos opens half does not. 3. Most of the videos are not opening and phone hangs. 4. Key pad dials a number after pressing some times 3 times some times 4 times. 5. Phone automatically restarts some times in difference of 15 minute to 2 hours. I have scanned my back up data, I have reset the factory settings, I have restarted the phone, then I went to Service center again where they asked me to scan my data which I told I have done and they then took the phone for an hour and gave me back telling every thing has been fixed but actually nothing has been fixed. The is really frustrating and annoying to learn that a world class brand is not looking deep into customer problems and is allowing service center to distribute used refabrished phones. I don’t have time to go to service center again and again leaving my work nor I have patience to wait for 7 days every time the phone is given to service center. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR ELSE A BRAND NEW PIECE NOT A REFABRISHED ONE . I purchased this phone from flipkart and if required I can produce the bill of purchase. I am a Sony user since last 18 years and I am really upset this time and want Sony authorities to solve this issue immediately and not taking weeks. Please help me getting brand new piece and not refabrished used piece. For your information Awaiting immediate response from Sony 2 times I had to get repaired the refabrished piece and now I will not accept any refabrished piece which was damaged and repaired twice and now I a asked to use it again and if it still give problem then SONY will see what to do. They are harassing me both mentally and I have sent them emails, fax and speed post of the communications but no replies and on the given number no the call is not getting connected. My phone was under warranty and was having accidental damage cover too hence I request them to replace me new hand set or else complete money back any of either.
