Agency is not delivering the gas cylinder on time, I had booked the gas cylinder on 5 December 2013 and visited the agency shop three times dated 18/12/13,21/12/13 and 26/12/13 and every time they promise the cylinder will be delivered in next 3 working days, but till date cylinder is not delivered.

We are suffering because of non availability of cylinder we are force to electricity appliances due to this our electricity bill has been doubled what we use to pay normally.
