my mobile no-8010252xxx has been barred for outgoing call since 26 december 2013. i have visit 20 times in outlet of reliance in nirman bihar but still my number has not been activated have call several time to reliance outlet staff and customer care but my complain has not been resolved.
i do job in s.m varma & co.(chartered accountant). i have taken leave for starting my mobile number which result in loss of rs. 2000 and due to barred of outgoing call i have loss of rs. 1,000. i have not made any important call 4 days from 26 december 2013.after that i have taken a new number for making outgoing call which is additional cost bear by me.i have also bear travelling expenses to visit reliance outlet.
compensation of rs.5000 and activate of my mobile number 8010252xxx.
