Balance deducted regularly on the base of a irrational matter like i use a Nokia 110 phone without any facility of having Internet but deducting Balance for Activating Pocket internet service without my knowledge.I use a black n white Nokia 110 mobile phone which don’t have any internet facility but today the aircel company has deducted Rs.10 on my no 875970436 and said tht i have activated internet facility.This is not onky today’s story .iT continued to happen so many times.Deducted balance without my consent.I am seriously annoyed with this type of misconduct. please help.
