Dear Sir We bought Phillips LED TV from abroad (Sweden) few moths ago and it has an international warranty. After few month it has some issues so we had approached Phillips customer care to resolve it. Phillips representative came and inspected TV and told us that issue will be resolve within 45 days. Their representative visited us in 2nd week of November 2013. He confirmed the international warranty of purchase and said that the problem will be resolved in 35 to 40 days. Now today is 05 Jan 2014 and its more than 45 days. We have mailed to the respective higher authority of Phillips but they don’t even bothered to respond us. The representative with whom we are in contact, is lingering the matter. Every time we call and he tells us to wait, wait & wait. they are not giving us the firm & solid answer. we are fed up of waiting and hearing the non-promising behavior of Phillips.
