I have requested Airtel to disconnect my broadband connection on 28`th march.I was assured that it will be processed in next 48 hours.After 48 working hours, when got back to Airtel, i was told that no such request has been recieved by them.I lodged another complaint.Later on 1`st April, i put a query regarding the request and this time too they told me that no such request has been recieved by them.I tried to contact senior officials too, but unfortunately they also didn`t co-operate.
I have paid Rs 3000 as security deposit for the connection.I was suppose to relocate but due this malfunctioning of Airtel, i am suffering a delay in shifting.
