vodafone – security deposit adjusted in bill no response from centre

I was a postpaid user of number 8650508xxx. I applied it to change to prepaid on 2nd june by paying advance payment of 1300Rs. My bill amount was 1207Rs. They made a week delay to put my request and it cost me 159Rs extra. Also when my security was not refunded i went to there office and asked them about the details. I got to know that instead of 1300Rs only 700Rs were deposited in my account. And also my security was adjusted to pay my bill though i had paid 100Rs extra in regard to bill payment.. I had been there number of times went to supervisior and zonal center too. They claim that your complaint is genuine and your money should be refunded but its not happening so far. Since there is no delay in my part so i havent paid 159Rs for which i have recieved the mail that vodafone will be summoning me through legal procedures. So vodafone owns me 759Rs ( 500 for security, 100 for extra payment and 159 for delaying my prepaid request which cost me this amount). Also as per rules i had to be paid a compensation and 10% per month for delay in refund of my money. on 26th dec 2013 i mailed my complained to nodal office but i haven’t got any response.

i want a big compensation for doing such irresponsibility, stealing my money and making a fool out of me. I ask for minimum 50,000Rs as they may also know that they shouldnt do such thngs with a common man
