1) can not establish connection 2) disconnect at every 40 3) charge while you have less internet balance 4) no response from their customer care 198 5) unknown balance deduction 6) many time in full network, got message that you have this much miss-calls
many time a lot of amount deduction. time waste with customer care. i was late on my college assignment because of their bad internet.
i i want all money reduced by them in past 3 years. + compensation. + promise for batter service. + in written that their customer care employees wont provide fake information
