I have a reliance number as 9004242xxx. It has balance of 66 Rupees and also 3G balance of few MBs. Since yesterday afternoon, the company has barred all my outgoing calls messages and as well as the internet. I am wholly disconnected with the world as I am unable to use my phone in the way I wish to. The service provider i.e. Reliance communications has paid no heed to my problem. Whenever I call someone, it says, this service is temporarily unavailable. I went to the gallery situated at Vile Parle Mumbai, but there also no help! I called the *333 customer Care number, they said your number is active, no one is listening to me, the person took my complaint on *333, and gave me complaint number as 214767851 saying it would take at least 2 days for the problem to be resolved, in the evening I received a message saying my problem was resolved. But its still the same I am unable to make any calls nor use the internet. Please HELP
