I have taken a vodapone sim for internet on 19 nov 2013.my no is 9873301238.my relation no is 14878535.my talk plan is MBB C V 650 30d 3GB FU 3G.my internet service was not opening properly so I went twice to the vodapone stor south extension officer has done some settings on my phone n told me how to funtion. but went statement came to me .it was shown on my another sim of 9899876522.my payment shown 2381.00 and unfilled amount is now 1200 rs bt vodapone store said it is your fault u hv not used it properly. i m worried with many difficulties I have paid today because there is no option to me. Pleas help me. Officer should done settings on my pone properly if he has taken charge of 450 rs for that plan .bt suffering is mine only.plz c to this matter. And take action accordingly Thanking you

It was said you have paid 4t0 and you can use 3 GB internet free till 3 month.but now I hv to pay 450+2381+1200=approximately 4000. i want my payment relief. It makes me stressful
