ShopClues.com – product description was different

I have purchased iBall Melody Bar Black Speaker (QTY:1) on 14 Dec 2013, 11:23 PM with order number # 9345611. The product description was different from the one it was shown and after delievry, I have lodged a “return request” with Shopclues on December 24, 2013 11:26 AM. I have been daily calling-up Shopclues to get the status of “return request”, but they have same sentence..”That please allow us 24-48 hours”. Shopclues has a 10 days return policy, but it seems its only for fooling customers, as nothing has been done in these 18 days.

I want my money back as well as clue bucks in terms of the actual amount I have spent for buying this product. Also, merchant and Shopclues should be penalized for not adhering to their “return Polciy” and fooling customers.
