I purchased a product from www.rediff.com. The product name is “Powerful Binoculer Russian Army model” and my order number is 8803493. I received the order by Currier on 2nd of december 2013. I found the product is damaged. I registered the complaint with the site and to their toll free no. The customer support cell assured me that the product will be replaced within 5 to 7 days. That did not happened. Then after repeated calling to the customer support, the always assured me that the product will be replaced soon. But till date nothing had happened. I have followed all the instructions given to me by the customer support personnel (i.e., e mails), but nothing had happened till date. Please help me to get my product replaced.
