I have purchased a Lenovo U310 59-341069 (I3-2365/4/500/13.3″/WIN7HB) S.NO: QB05673351 VIDE BILL NO: 425 DATED: 18.04.2013 There was a display problem found and registered a online complain on 24.10.2013 while complain no is 7005711288. The service engineer visited and sorted out the problem by replacing mother board on 24.10.2013 and 04.11.2013 vide their so no. 7005711288 and 7005735212 respectively. The same display problem again occurred and made an online complain no 7005844114 dated 27.12.2013 till now no action was taken by lenovo customer care despite of my regular reminders to their customer care office .

I am heading a region where marketing is my area of assignments. I am unable to interact with the prople on day to day basis which have a financial effect on our over all business

I need to change to replace the laptop immediately since it has under warranty.
