This is in regards to the numerous issues I’ve faced with the services provided by magic auto moti nagar service centre for my Vehicle # DL9C AB 4978 The history is long . The latest is that there were issues and after a log debate the service centre accepted their fault and did some fixing in to the vehicle and assured me that I’ll not face any more issues. I told therm I need to check by driving the vehicle for about two weeks to tell them whether the issues have been resolved or not. After a week it self I started experiencing the same problems with the vehicle like – noise while applying sudden brakes ,Poor milage, poor pick up etc. And when I had a word with the service centre representative over the call , They told me to gtest for a week more and if the problems still exist they will get it checked /fixed again. And to my anticipation all issues were there. I called the SC to let them know about the issues and they said that they will be sending a Technician at my home to check the issues prior to picking it up for service centre. I was told that the technician will visit on Saturday around 3 to 4 weeks back but no one showed up despite of my making calls to the SC and asking them and every time they assured me of the same but it didn’t happen. Then I did have any option and have to use the vehicle in the same condition . after a week or so I realised that both of the front tyres are in a very bad condition (Images attached). Had the service centre taken immediate action by making some one visit and check my vehicle I would not be in a condition like this. Now the tyres have be closely damaged . Finally I called the SC and after a long debate a technician visited my place and after checking the vehicle he said that you have driven the vehicle just 2000 KM and the possible reason is taht the alignment was not done properly and was telling me few more techincal reasons , but in short he said that it seems services were not done properly. See, I can go on and on with my complains as I’ve faced them badly. But I don’t want to waste my time for this. I would request you to please have a serious look at my problem and sort it out. Also I want to make it clear that I am really very disappointed with the services and the damage the service centre has done to my vehicle. I called the service centre several times but no proper response was provided. I had sent a copy of notice to the Magic Auto moti Nagar, then also I did not receive any response from there side. Then I e-mailed the notice to which they replied that as their internet server was down hence could not call me which was clear lie. And they told me we can give you 35% good will gesture which I declined as this was nothing new and was the same which they were offering earlier. Then Mr Pradeep the GM told me that I’ll get back to you regarding full compensation after consultant from management ,but he did not and after 15 days I mailed them asking the status and he replied saying we will
1. Full compensation of two front tyres (2400*2 = RS 4800). I could not wait and have to replace the tyres on my own cost. 2. Compensation of RS 22,000 for mental harassment and endless debates I’ve gone through and sheer wastage of my time with Magic Auto and Maruti Suzuki. 3.RS 1000 for the petrol expenses I had to incur visiting your service centre again and again as after every service/repair there was a fault identified. As of now there are few issues to be fixed like noise in turning steering and break noise which are unresolved 4.An apology letter from your service centre /concerned department for all the bad experiences I’ve gone through.
