We have a MTS telecom service connection (with my Mother) and couple of day’s back she was charged for hello tunes which we never requested for. However we called customer care and we was promised a refund with in 12Hours. But after that complaint they are not picking our calls and its notable that this is not the very first time they snatching our money. Please extend your help.
