Respected Sir, I purchase HCL TABLET for my Daughter for preparation of competition.Thinking that I am purchasing a world class INDIAN product with world class service. and choose this among many other Indian brands and cheap Chinese products. But from the very first day of purchasing this product and THEIR entire service network/channel proved nightmare for me. 1.from very first day i am facing on/off and loose charging pin problem whenever i took it to THEIR service centre (Which every time changes location in agra- atleast four times) they said there in no problem in my tablet and charger. this happens at lest two times. but I have no proof for this. 2.at last finally when charging completely stopped they registered my complain on 11.12.2013 THROUGH Service Order no. : 8400355840. on my request they said me 2-3 days for repairing. 3.after 2-3 days they extended the time line for 10-15 days. i again request them for my daughter exams. but they show inability due to parts. 4.after 15 days they further extended the time line for another 10-15 days to inability of parts.than i E-MAILED to THEIR customer care on 27.12.2013. they replied me to resolute the issue within few days. 5. I again send a mail as reminder on 03.01.2014 but this time i did not receive any response. 6.when i contacted service centre on this Friday ON 03.01.2014 they said that parts had been received and they WILL give me the tablet after two days on Monday. 7.when i contacted service centre on Monday they said your parts had not been received and tell a lie on Friday. and when i told them about mail that i send to customer care they told me they had not receive any mail from service channel. however they ask me to take my tablet next day(07.01.2013) early in the morning. 8. when today I went to service centre on 13.30 pm they started repairing first time and said me that your tablet is deep discharged and take in in 5 minutes. I sit there for two hours 15 minutes for these 5 minutes. at 15.45 pm they ask me to take in another one hour. 9.finally when at 17.30 pm i went to service enter they give my tablet to me and told that my tablet is completely repaired and i could take this to home. but there is a twist when i ask them to check charging problem of tablet. there in no charging working in that tablet. and they again starting repairing. they told me that they will inform me when my tablet been repaired. there is no call or information about my tablet since than. I also e-mailed the matter in detail to their nodal officer mr.bhalla on 07.01.2014 and 12.01.2014. but their is no resolution of my matter.
I have lost my believe in HCL PRODUCT AND SERVICE SO I WANT TO RETURN THAT TABLET AND REFUND MY MONEY. AND CLAIM OF MY HARASSMENT RS.5000/-
