i have purchased aqua sure nano ro water filter for residential use dtd 09/12/13. i asked for specific service for continuous water but they mislead me and forced me to take one model which got effected just within one month.and after installation they are again forcing to install one iron gaurd and telling without it the machine will not work it will get collapse. why such information was not shared with me at the time of product selling? when i asked them and requested to change the model as mu family involves two senior sensitize. they are not even answering me.
if require i can add some extra money on the existing price money for the product replacement. but i want the replacement immediately.
