I have bought a NOKIA LUMIA 920 from D.K.Electricals, Shop No 61, Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110025 vide Invoice No 42710 on 19/10/2013 with IMEI No 354149059801289 but it has suddenly its power button stopped working. We contacted their nearest Nokia service centre in Lajpat Ngar on 14th December’13 and after checking he said that the button from inside has been physically damaged and lost contact with the software and hardware and this do not come under warranty and to get it repaired I will have to pay Rs 9000/-. It is ridiculous as physically nothing happened to my phone and this shows that if my mobile is not working within two months of purchasing, this means that their quality is atrocious. They must take the blame and replace my phone as I have already paid them Rs 24000/- for my phone. They are duping a customer like me.
