had bought a Roncatos Luggage from Your Exclusive Showroom Of Giordano Travel Gear in City Centre Kolkata,
While travelling the Luggage was damaged by the airline . The airline agreed to compensate by repairing the bag from their authorised people,but I insisted on sending the bag to the original manufacture,s showroom/service centre. The Bag was deposited with your above referred shop on 30-03-2010 for giving the estimate for repairs or if it is not repairable then the replacement cost.
I am still waiting for the company’s response. Kindly do the needful at your earliest so that I can claim the repair/ Replacement cost from the airline.
