ICICI bank – Fraud Transaction in my Account

Hello Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I ( Arvind kumar) am bearing an ICICI bank account. I had visited DCB ATM at Sangam Vihar Ratia Marg approx 8:30 on 8th Dec’13.I inserted my ATM then I was asked to enter my PIN number as soon as I entered my PIN machine got hung up & I even didn’t enter the amount after few minutes transaction got cancelled hence I came back without withdrawing amount. Suddenly I received an SMS after 45 Mins ( Approx.9:25 AM on 8th Dec’13 ) that 10000 Rs. has been debited from my account. Therefore I immediately lodged complaint with ICICI Bank & was assured that amount would be credited back within a week unfortunately that didn’t happen yet. Eventually I had sent mail for clarification then they reverted back saying that transaction was successful hence amount can’t be credited back. Consequently I wrote them to have a look of CCTV footage & other facts involving the transaction now they aren’t replying. Please suggest/help to have my grievance addressed Account ID : 525867716

I want my amount to be credited back with compensation of Rs. 10 Lacs
