I want to bring at your kind notice that my Airtel DTH A/c no. 3011929311. I have recharged my DTH with union bank account through visa card no. 4213683026037XXX o n (tra id -111106917)dated 11/1/2014 at 12.48 pm. I have to recharge my airtel DTH with Rs, 300/- but mistakenly it was recharged with sum of Rs, 3000/-. I had contacted to airtel customer care vide complaint no.35572739 and I was assured that my amount will be credited to my Union bank account soon. On 13/1/2014 around 2 pm Rs, 3000/- is debited to my dth account but same was not credited to my union bank account.I have approached to customer care again and they said that my amount is transfered to my account, but till now Rs,3000/- is not credited to my bank account. I have contact to my bank account they are saying that neither this amount is crdited to my account. Please send me the details of transfer by which you have refunded my Rs, 3000/- as per your customer care statement. I want that my Rs, 3000/- should be remitted to my bank account soon at any cost. This type of callous approach of Airtel customer care should not be tolerable. Kindly solve this matter soon.
