Sir, i have made order to purchase a Induction cooker on the online site and make payment through net banking from my SBI account on dated 03.01.2014.The amount deducted is Rs.1023/.The transcation details given by bank is TO TRANSFER INB Shop Clues (Clues Network BILL_CLUES Payments)MSBI3214985875IGP5136439 TRANSFER TO 3199607162091 .The shipping address of this items was given that time is Rashmi Ranjan Rajguru,Quarter No:-185 Block-08 OCL Colony,Rajgangpur-770017.

The Mobile No Given on shipping adreess is 7205034191.But till date I have not received the goods till date.I have made complain to customer care on dated 10.01.2014 in this regards a Complain No was generate 645127.But there is no response.Again I have talked with the Customer Care of Shopclues in the Telephone No:-(0124) 441 4888 on dated 15.01.2014, they told me we can’t help you because there is no Order ID Generated.Hence I have made support from you to solve the matter.
