The courier was dispatched by my father from Delhi to Pune on 6th Jan. AWB No: 700789246. The blazeflash site shows it is out for delivery on 8th Jan 2014. But has not reached me till date. We opened a complaint no: 146966. I was told everyday that the courier will reach the same day. We were also told to contact the Pune office directly. We called many a times, but 99% time no one picked up the phone. I even went to their office twice. Once they said the courier boy is outside Tower 4 of Magarpatta city and I should take it from him. I travelled 20 kms to and fro to find no one. I went in the evening too, when we met Mr. More. He did not entertain us saying we needed to carry the receipt of the courier. I am the recipient, how can I have the receipt. We escalted the complaints. Persons contacted from Blazeflash are Rakesh(08588861xxx) and Priyanka(09266670xxx). I still do not have the courier.

I would like the courier company be punished for the apathy they showed me. May be they be made to pay some penalty. I don’t want the money myself. But they should be taught a lesson
