I got a bsnl landline and broadband connection and i was asked to deposit an amount of rs.500.00 towards initial deposit. On 30.11.2013 i deposited the amount, vide receipt no. Hbl 750083011300005 dt 30.11.2013 at 75008 cash counter dharwad telephone office,dharwad, with account no. 9035719331 towards landline connection no. 0836-2442206. To my utter surprise, the receipt is issued in the name of sri shankar.c.l. Instead of sri c.l.prakash, which is due to utter negligence and mistake of bsnl, dharwad/hubli. I do not know who is shankar c.l. And i was told by sri v.v.kulkarni commercial officer of dharwad, that they have referred the matter to hyderabad head office and after one week i was told over phone that my name is correctly changed and the mistake is rectified and in the next bill the correct name will appear. During december 2013 bill also the name wrongly printed and when i approached the gentlemen, the same answer was given by him and the change will definitely taking place in january 2014 bill. To my utter surprise, the correction is not effected in the bill and wrongly name is appearing as shankar c.l. Here my question is 1. I want to take reimbursement from my employer for which bsnl authorities so far have not corrected my name in their records and bill is wrongly sent in the name of shankar c.l. 2. For all identity purpose, landline telephone bill is called for, and i am unable to submit the same. Can bsnl authorities of dharwad/hubli look into the matter and make the correction and issue a fresh receipt for the same amount in my name ??
