Dear Sir,
As per your mail or attached letter, you have rejected my request, But, please try to understand my problem, its 100% cheating or fraud case. I was cheated by reliance sales person on the time of policy sale, we have already mention full detail with their name & contact nos for crystal clear my case or clarification in my first mail to your udaipur branch. first time they have called,. they are from reliance capital and proposing for loan and after all discussion they have talk for your loan installment we are creating a policy as per your installment period of 10 yrs.and free locking period is 180 days. then I have checked with your udaipur branch, who are they, and getting response from udaipur branch they are our reliance capital sales person from delhi office. Than, I have purchase these policies. your sales person continue talk to me regarding updation of my loan status,my account no has been verified by Mr Praveen Talwar said from verification department. they have passing my free locking period of 15 days

All said case is well known by your udaipur branch manager Mr. Sameer Goutam,

Than, we have purchase these policies only for my Loan not for policy. I have already 02 policy from reliance on my spouse name is continue from last 02 years and your sales person has talk to me with referring to my previous policies.

I am not a very rich man and not able to carry this policy, so, pl. approved for cancellation & refund my all amount earlier. Waiting for your positive response earlier.
