I have booked LPG Refill thru online system for the past 8 months. But they are not delivering the cylinder this time. Ref No. R131226117477171 Dt. 26/12/13 I contacted Indian oil toll free. They said to contact Distributor. They are not picking the phone for the whole day. Finally i got Prop. Sumathi Mobile number and contacted her and informed about my problem. And requested her to provide the cylinder this time.

Why they are suddenly stopped the online refill System without any intimation. The quality of the service is very very poor. Abide the cost which inquired me without LPG. Cancel the Dealership of Rajammal Gas Agency, Chennai.
