Initially I asked them to change the connection name to my wife’s name. They said we have to come Kolkata and submit papers; so I asked them to disconnect the connection. I have raised request for disconnection my Tata Photon Internet connection(Kolkata connection; now I moved to Bangalore) last year. They did not disconnect initially and generating bill one after another. Suddenly they changed the name and account number but keep the same Tata Docomo number and generate bill. I have paid INR 478 of that bill also.Then they sent mail that they WAIVED off the bill though I have paid all the bills(Don’t know what they waived off) and disconnected the Internet connection. I tried to open with the account number and Docomo number , it shows A/C is disconnected/doesn’t exist. Now after 6-7 months later one Bhaskar Bhattacharya emailed me and threaten to pay the same INR 478 with tweaking the same tata Docomo number and Old Photon A/C number which they have changed to a new A/C number for this bill. This is a clear case of CHEATING and threatening the consumer. I have been going through severe mental torture especially by this person and the Tata Tele Service Customer Care. They themselves raised Service Request for changing name and after 6 months asking for money which I have paid already. I demand the unconditional apology from them and compensation. I have all the email proof where they clearly mentioned the WAIVED off the bills and disconnected it. Below is the all the a/c details. I have paid all the bills of INR 478 and INR 145 still they are torturing me.
